Twelve dealers joined her with a desire to create a place where all cultures could be represented and celebrated by offering ethnographic and tribal art, antiques, beads, jewlery, accessories, clothing, carpets and ecclectic home decor from around the world. The Traveler’s Market orignally set up shop in a vacant space in the DeVargas Center where it flourished, attracting more vendors and customers.
In April, 2021, the Market moved to a much larger space in the Santa Fe Place Mall where more than 40 vendors represent art, antiques, accessories and jewelry from almost as many cultures.
